Terms of Service — SoloAgent

1. Service Description

SoloAgent provides AI-assisted blog writing and content gap analysis services to individuals and businesses. Our service includes researching, writing, and delivering original blog articles and content strategy reports based on inputs provided by the customer.

2. Content Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of the content delivered by SoloAgent. We do not republish, resell, or repurpose content written for our clients. You are free to edit, publish, distribute, and use the content for any lawful purpose. Content delivered as part of a free trial is also fully owned by you.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful input information
Not use SoloAgent to generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or violates any laws
Review delivered content for accuracy before publishing
Ensure you have the right to publish content in your chosen topic area

4. Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is within 24 hours of receiving your inputs. Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods. We offer free revisions if the delivered content does not meet the brief. Revision requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery and will be addressed within 48 hours.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through Razorpay (India) or Stripe/PayPal (international). Your first article is free with no payment required. Paid orders are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if the content does not meet the brief and revisions have been attempted. Refund requests beyond 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

SoloAgent provides content writing services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, or business outcomes from the use of our content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Cancellation

Monthly retainer subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Unused credits in a billing cycle do not roll over. Single article orders are non-cancellable once work has begun.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
